Once called a "Gary Larson meets Neitsche kind of thing" by a noted court psychiatrist, O'Riley's World, the strip, appeared over sixty times in newspapers and magazines.

Some say the strip would have gone on to national recognition if O'Riley hadn't sobered up and found a real job.
